De Marchi Verona presents Calipso, a porcelain surface collection inspired by the mythological sea goddess of the same name. The project translates the fluid movement of waves into matter through a three-dimensional process that generates vibrant, never-identical surfaces. Designed for architecture and interior design, Calipso turns the wall into a dynamic composition where light, shadow and matter are in constant dialogue.
With Calipso, De Marchi Verona continues its research into architectural surfaces as active elements of space, introducing a collection that places movement at the center. The project begins with a precise symbolic reference: the mythological figure of Calipso, associated with the sea, depth and transformation.
Its wavy reliefs and glazed finishes create a tactile surface that changes with the light, making each composition feel fluid and alive.
